Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds at this time. However, if an item doesn’t work out for you, we would be happy to offer you store credit toward your next order once we receive and process your return. Any returned items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
To start an exchange, request store credit, or report a faulty/defective item, please send us an email at support@gpteesapparel.com within 15 business days of receiving your order. If 15 business days have gone by, we unfortunately cannot process your request.
Please note: All postage costs for returns & exchanges must be covered by the customer. Please do not send us anything before first getting in touch at support@gpteesapparel.com
Shipping
U.S. orders
Orders can take up to 7 business days to process before shipping. Your order will be shipped USPS Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days of the shipment date for orders within the U.S. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, GPTEES APPAREL cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. If there are any cancellations, we will let you know via email.
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the GPTEES APPAREL site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing and hope that everything on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, and error free.
Lost packages
For U.S. domestic orders—if it has been more than 7 business days since your package was scheduled to arrive, please contact USPS and submit a Missing Mail Search Request.
Once we have shipped out the packages, GPTEES APPAREL longer be liable for any lost packages.
